MARK Beevers has confirmed that he is on the verge of completing a permanent move to Millwall.
NewsAtDen revealed on Friday that the Lions had agreed a fee with Sheffield Wednesday for the centre-back, who has helped keep six clean sheets in 11 appearances whilst on loan at The Den.
Owls fans have reacted with fury to the news that the 23-year-old is on his way out of Hillsborough, but Beevers believes his future lies in South London.
"It's not quite wrapped up yet," he said. "A fee is agreed but the personal terms aren't done yet – hopefully we can get that sorted out next week.
"Chances were limited at Sheffield Wednesday for me. They put me out on loan, I've come down here and I feel as though I've done well.
"I've enjoyed it and I just want to play my football. I definitely want to stay at Millwall – 100 percent. I really want to sign."
