DANY N'Guessan bagged a hat-trick as Millwall U21s hammered Ipswich Town 5-1 in a Development League 2 fixture at The Den.

N'Guessan, who was a second-half substitute in the first-team's 1-0 win over Leeds United on Sunday, completed his treble with two late goals, having put the home side 2-1 ahead in the 21st minute.

Millwall fielded an experienced line-up which also included overage players Maik Taylor, Therry Racon and Karleigh Osborne, who were all unused subs against the Whites.

Conor Wilkinson opened the scoring for Millwall in just the second minute and the Republic of Ireland youth international scored again to make it 3-1 shortly after half-time.

Meanwhile, Millwall have announced that their FA Youth Cup third round tie against Blackpool will be played at The Den on Tuesday, December 4 (kick-off 7pm).

Not surprised about that N'Guessan looked good off the bench yesterday, involved with the goal and almost made another during his 10 min cameo, well done!

I agree, did well when he came on. If he is happy to play second fiddle could be a good squad player in the season to come.
