DANNY Shittu says Millwall will treat Sunday's televised game with Leeds United like any other – despite the rivalry between the two clubs.
Clashes between the Lions and the Whites have carried the intensity of a local rivalry in recent years and, with Sky's cameras set to broadcast the match live, the build-up to the meeting at The Den has only been intensified.
Leeds were thumped 6-1 by Watford last time out and Shittu told the club's official site that he is expecting a backlash.
He said: "I'm sure they are going to try and bounce back from that. Neil Warnock won't have been too happy with that result but we just want to play our game and do what we need to do right.
"Every match is a big one and Leeds are just another team that we're up against. It's a game that we believe we can win with the way we're playing at the moment.
"They're coming to our ground as well and we're trying to make The Den a fortress again. We want to show Leeds that they're not going to find it easy."
