Preview: Watford vs. Millwall

MILLWALL are set to welcome back Alan Dunne and Shaun Batt to the squad for their trip to Watford on Tuesday evening.

Dunne is available again after serving a one-match suspension but he is unlikely to dislodge Spurs loanee Adam Smith from the side after his impressive debut against Nottingham Forest.

Batt, who has been struggling with a calf strain, trained on Monday morning and could be named on the bench at Vicarage Road

Stand-in captain Danny Shittu will start despite having a tooth knocked-out during the 4-1 win at the City Ground, meaning manager Kenny Jackett is expected to name an unchanged line-up.

Full-back Jack Smith was a surprise inclusion in the squad at Forest and the defender looks to have fully recovered from a muscle injury sustained in the 3-3 draw against Birmingham City last month.

Captain Paul Robinson (pelvis) and forward John Marquis (thigh) remain sidelined, while midfielder Tamika Mkandawire and goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall have joined Southend United and Scunthorpe United respectively.

Watford are sweating on the fitness of defender Fitz Hall, who is rated as doubtful after being substituted with an injury late in the second half of their 2-1 victory over Leicester City on Saturday. The centre-half will be assessed prior to kick-off.

Midfielder John Eustace (back), defender Nyron Nosworthy (hamstring) and midfielder Prince Bauben (hamstring) are all expected to be unavailable, while Udinese loanee Piccoli Neuton is also ruled out due to an ankle injury.
