Former Lions skipper Moro's move from Millwall to Shrewsbury made permanent

STEVE Morison’s move from Millwall to Shrewsbury has been made permanent.

Morison, who will turn 36 this month, joined the League One Shrews on a season-long loan this summer. He made his debut in their 1-0 win over Portsmouth last weekend.

Morison played 335 times across three spells with the Lions, scoring 92 goals, leaving him equal-fifth on the club’s all-time scorers list.

The Lions said: "Everyone at Millwall would like to reiterate our thanks to Steve for his outstanding contribution to the club."
