AIDEN O'Brien is a doubt for Millwall's pre-season training camp in Portugal – but Neil Harris stressed "he will be given every opportunity to prove his fitness".
The Republic of Ireland forward missed Millwall's 4-0 victory over Concord Rangers on Saturday and the Lions boss provided an injury update after the match.
Harris said: "It's a tough one for Aiden, it's a hip/groin injury. Hopefully [he will be going to Portugal]. I want to get him up to speed. We have got to take it 48 hours at a time with Aiden.
"I was hoping to get him back on the grass today [Saturday], while we were here doing a bit, but we will know more on Monday.
"He will be given every opportunity, probably up to Thursday to show us fitness-wise that he can be on the trip. Not necessarily to be able to contribute a lot of minutes in the games, but certainly be looking to get some minutes."
