Millwall loan watch: Lions goalkeeper helps side end 16-game losing streak

DANNY McNamara made his debut for Havant & Waterlooville in their 2-2 draw at Sutton United on Saturday.

McNamara lined up with Lions under-23 team-mate Harry Donovan, the pair having joined the National League side on loan until the end of the season.

Havant are in deep relegation trouble, eight points off Dover above them in 20th, looking certain to be one of the four teams to go down to National League South, with just five games left this season.

Illness forced Sid Nelson to miss Tranmere Rovers' 3-0 win over Carlisle United. Rovers have won eight of their last nine league games to surge up to fifth in League Two, four points off automatic promotion.

And in the Isthmian League South Central division – the eighth tier of English football – goalkeeper Ryan Sandford kept a clean sheet for Egham Town, who halted a run of 16 straight league defeats away from home this season with a 2-0 win at Northwood.

Egham are still bottom of the table, with just three wins from 32 games and a minus-58 goal difference so far in 2018-19.
