SID Nelson could re-join Swindon during the January transfer window.
Nelson – who turned 23 on New Year’s Day – is currently back with Millwall recovering from a knee injury.
The centre-back has played 24 times for the Robins this season, and the League Two club’s boss Richie Wellens would like to sign him on a permanent basis.
Harris let Byron Webster go to Scunthorpe last week, but replaced him with Alex Pearce from Derby, meaning Nelson is still down the Millwall pecking order.
“Sid’s had a really excellent loan, he’s really grown in stature, really grown in confidence,” Harris said.
“I’ve seen him play a couple of times and I thought he was outstanding. Sid jarred his knee last week blocking a shot so that’s why he’s back with us at the moment.
“We’re just assessing that on our behalf and Swindon’s and it’s something we’ll monitor in the early part of the week.
“But there’s every chance Sid will go back to Swindon.”
