MILLWALL are set to be without Steve Morison and Tom Elliott against Birmingham on Wednesday – with the strikers also a doubt for next Sunday’s trip to Bristol City.
Morison was absent from the match-day squad against Bolton on Saturday, and Elliott went off in the 37th minute of that 1-1 draw. Both have hamstring injuries.
Aiden O’Brien is likely to partner Lee Gregory up front against Garry Monk’s Blues.
“Steve has not trained at all since last Monday. With hamstring problems you’re looking at 10 to 14 days, so he’s very unlikely,” Lions manager Neil Harris said.
“Tom, we don’t know yet, we’ll have more of an idea [Monday morning]. You try to leave it 48 hours after the injury before assessing it and scanning the hamstring. But he won’t be involved this week.”
