MILLWALL could be paired with one of 16 Premier League teams when the draw for the third round of the EFL Cup is made on Thursday night.
The Lions secured their place along with 31 other sides after beating Plymouth Argyle 3-2 at The Den on Wednesday night.
Manchester giants City and United lie in wait, as do London top-flight sides Arsenal, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Tottenham and West Ham.
Millwall are in the third round for the first time in four seasons under boss Neil Harris.
They could meet Bournemouth, Watford or Leicester – three Premier League sides they conquered in a famous run to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup in 2017.
The Lions are ball number 19 and the draw takes place on Sky Sports on Thursday evening from 7pm. Ties will be played the week commencing September 24.
