MILLWALL will take a fully fit squad to Sheffield on Wednesday looking for their first away win of the season.
After wilting in the second half of their three league games so far, Lions boss Neil Harris could decide to freshen his side up and name a different starting XI for the first time in four Championship games.
The most likely players to come in are Ryan Tunnicliffe, Shane Ferguson and Tom Elliott, though changes if any will be kept to a minimum.
After the confusion over who scored Millwall’s first goal in the 2-1 win over Derby at The Den on Saturday – it was eventually confirmed as Jake Cooper’s having initially been given to Lee Gregory – Harris wants contributions from as many players as possible this season.
“I love my strikers to score goals but I love my centre-halves to get goals from set-pieces,” Harris said. “If we’re going to be successful this year we need goals from all over the park as we had last year.
“Yes I’d like my centre-forwards to get on the scoresheet, but if not I want Hutch [Shaun Hutchinson] and Jake, Murray [Wallace] and Webbie [Byron Webster] to get on the scoresheet.”
Sheffield Wednesday have yet to win in the league this season, their only point coming from a 1-1 draw at home to Hull City.
Jos Luhukay had been unable to add to his squad for most of the summer, but a transfer embargo on the club was lifted last week.
The Owls are also without a number of players through injury, though Morgan Fox could return against the Lions.
