MILLWALL fans should enjoy watching their new defender if his first interview is anything to go by.
Murray Wallace joined the Lions today and revealed he was impressed by a video presentation by Lions boss Neil Harris before he decided to make the switch to south London from Scunthorpe.
Wallace is hoping playing in the Championship will lead to senior international recognition with Scotland.
"My whole aim when I joined Scunthorpe was to get to this level," he told the club's official website.
"They [Scunthorpe] had ambitions to get to the Championship as well and unfortunately they missed out. I'm delighted now I've got the chance to play at this level with Millwall.
"I'll give absolutely everything on the pitch. I like a good tackle and pride myself on my competitiveness, so I think I'll fit in well here and be a success."
"Neil gave me the video presentation and explained exactly what he expects from the team and what he looks for in a Millwall player – and that's me down to a tee.
"It's a new adventure that I'm really looking forward to."
