HARRY Smith is leaving Millwall after two seasons with the club.
Smith's contract was due to expire at the end of June. He released a statement in March revealing he was taking time off to deal with gambling problems and addiction.
Centre-forward Smith joined the Lions from non-league Folkestone Invicta in 2016. He scored six times in his first six games, including goals on his debuts in the EFL Trophy, FA Cup and League One.
Smith played 19 games on loan at League Two Swindon last season, scoring three goals.
He thanked Millwall for giving him his opportunity in the professional game.
All I have to say is THANK YOU @MillwallFC for giving me the chance to live my boyhood dream of playing professional football. I Wish everyone at the club nothing but success going forward. 💙💙🦁🦁 pic.twitter.com/WNr2OYRoC1
