MILLWALL need to win at least four of their last six games to have a chance of a top-six finish, Jed Wallace believes.
The Lions face three of their direct play-off rivals – Bristol City, Sheffield United and Middlesbrough – and wins in those three games would put them in a commanding position.
They also play Fulham and Aston Villa, who are both almost assured of finishing in the top six.
Millwall face Bolton in a tricky-looking away game, Wanderers battling to stay in the division and a recent bogey side for Millwall.
The Lions continue their pursuit of the play-offs at The Den against the Robins this Saturday.
“I am always confident at home,” Wallace said. “You would probably have looked at it and thought we had got to win four out of seven to give us a chance. That doesn’t change, we have still got to win four out of six and the form we are in, that’s more than doable.
“We have massively overachieved, but I’m not someone that wants to sit there and go, ‘we have had a really good season’. We want to kick on, we want to get into those play-offs and we demand it from each other.
“The manger demands it from us and we want to be steamrolling teams like we have for the last ten games.”
