Millwall forward will be sent back out on loan

JAMIE Philpot is back at Millwall after his spell at Woking – but he is available for loan again.

Philpot, 21, played 30 times and scored five goals for the National League side this season.

Lions boss Neil Harris confirmed the club would like to secure another loan deal for the forward in the second half of the season.

He said: “Jamie is back with us at the moment but won’t be involved with the first team. Woking are considering their options at the moment.

“He’s free to go back out on loan and at the moment we’re looking at options for Jamie. We’d like to get him out to play league football if we can, and if that means he has to go and train somewhere for a few days to prove his quality then we’ve got no problem with that.”
