TWO of Millwall’s players went head to head on Saturday – with James Brown and Carlisle coming out on top against Sid Nelson’s Yeovil in League Two.
Brown, 19, made his 14th appearance of the season for Keith Curle’s side as a brace from Danny Grainger and one each from Hallam Hope and Shaun Miller earned a 4-0 win over the 10-man Glovers.
Carlisle are 14th in League Two, Yeovil 17th.
Also in the fourth tier, Harry Smith was forced off in the 28th minute of Swindon’s 2-2 draw at home to Chesterfield after a clash of heads left him with a large lump on his forehead (below).
Jamie Philpot made his 20th appearance of the season for Woking in their 0-0 draw at Halifax Town.
Woking are in eighth place in the National League, just a place and a point off the play-off spots.
AFC Wimbledon’s Jimmy Abdou was away on international duty with Comoros. The Dons drew 2-2 at home against Peterborough.
