NEIL Harris could pick the same Millwall side for a third successive game as they go in search of a first win away from home this season against Sheffield Wednesday.
The Lions came through a tough 0-0 draw against Cardiff on Saturday, but there should be no new injury worries.
Harris is expecting a different challenge against Carlos Carvalhal’s side on Tuesday night.
He said: “Sheffield Wednesday are one of those sides with ability on the ball and excellent movement. However, they can go direct to the front man as well and link up and get in.
“We’ve got to make sure we have both sides to our game, that we can defend with diligence and organisation and then compete.
“We showed against Birmingham and Cardiff that competing physically is not a problem for us. But we need to do it again and again and again.”
Carvalhal has doubts over defender Daniel Pudil. Morgan Fox could start in his place at left-back.
The Owls are without Sam Hutchinson as he needs knee surgery, and striker Fernando Forestieri is also out. Centre-back Glenn Loovens, though, is back from suspension.
Midfielder Adam Reach knows the importance of the fixture with Wednesday winning just one of their last seven games.
“Millwall is vital for us. We need to get a win and hopefully we can back it up at Villa Park,” Reach said.
“We know we have quality to put a run together. We showed last season we can do it when we put six wins on the bounce together.
“We need a little lucky break. We don’t care how we get the win on Tuesday even if it is ugly. We just need to pick up three points.”
Millwall haven’t beaten Sheffield Wednesday in seven games, since a 2-1 win at Hillsborough in September 2005.
