MILLWALL have announced that Fred Onyedinma has signed a new three-year contract with the club.
The confirmation comes after months of speculation over his future after he let his last contract expire.
Onyedinma had been linked with a move away from Millwall, but the news of a new deal comes as a huge boost ahead of the 2017-18 Championship season.
Onyedinma made his debut for Millwall as a 17-year-old in an FA Cup game against Southend in January 2014.
He moved to Wycombe on loan the following season, where he scored eight goals in 27 games as the Chairboys reached the League Two play-off final.
Onyedinma, 20, played 77 times for Millwall in the last two seasons, including an important cameo in the League One play-off final against Bradford in May when he helped the Lions defend a 1-0 lead to clinch promotion to the Championship.
