HULL City striker Jay Simpson says he is looking forward to facing former club Millwall when the two sides meet at the KC Stadium on Saturday.
Simpson scored four goals in 13 appearances for the Lions during a four-month loan spell at the start of last season, but returned to Humberside in January after failing to earn a permanent move.
But the former Arsenal youngster has impressed under new Tigers manager Steve Bruce in the first five matches of the new campaign, scoring two goals.
"A lot of the players I played with [at Millwall] are still there and the management team is the same," Simpson told Hull's official site.
"History says that Millwall are always a hard side to play against. They have a very shrewd manager who wants to see his players give it everything. He goes into the finest of details when preparing his side.
"It will be a tough game, but we’re looking forward to it."
