The former Watford and Fulham midfielder is not the only Millwall player to have had a brush with the law this season – top-scorer Darius Henderson was arrested on New Years Eve on suspicion of GBH.

Henderson, who was released on bail until a date later this month, was involved in an altercation that left a 41-year-old man with a broken jaw at a Hertfordshire restaurant.
