Millwall have fate in own hands – and now know play-off dates

IF Millwall reach the play-offs they will have a four-day turnaround between the first and second legs of the semi-finals after the EFL today announce proposed fixture dates.

The League One play-off semi-finals will take place on Thursday May 4 at 7.45pm, with the second legs the following Sunday kicking off at 6.30pm.

The final will take place at Wembley on Saturday May 20 (3pm).



The Championship play-off final is on Monday, May 29. The League Two decider will be on Sunday, May 28.

The proposed 2016-17 Sky Bet Play-Off Semi-Final schedule:

Sat May 13: Championship Semi-Final A first leg (5:30pm)

Sun May 14: Championship Semi-Final B first leg (12:00pm)

Tues May 16: Championship Semi-Final A second leg (7:45pm)

Wed May 17: Championship Semi-Final B second leg (7:45pm)

Mon May 29: Championship Play-Off Final (3:00pm)

Sky Bet League One

Thurs May 4: League One Semi-Finals A & B first legs (7:45pm)

Sun May 7: League One Semi-Finals A & B second legs (6:30pm)

Sat May 20: League One Play-Off Final (3:00pm)

Sun May 14: League Two Semi-Finals A & B first legs (6:30pm)

    The league 1 Play Off final is on Saturday 20th May not Sunday 20th May as you state
