PARIS Cowan-Hall inspired Wycombe Wanderers to their first League Two win in five games as the Chairboys defeated Morecambe 2-0 on Saturday.
Cowan-Hall sent a header wide before Aaron Pierre put Wycombe in front two minutes after half-time.
Wycombe clinched the points when Luke O’Nien headed home Cowan-Hall’s cross nine minutes from time.
The on-loan Millwall attacker almost added a third but his shot hit the crossbar. Wycombe are in 16th place in League Two with 19 points from 16 games.
Also in League Two at the weekend, David Forde kept his eighth clean sheet of the season as Portsmouth beat Mansfield – who had two players sent off – 4-0 at Fratton Park.
The result leaves Pompey in the play-off hunt in fourth place in the table.
