PARIS Cowan-Hall’s injury curse has struck again with the winger set to miss the rest of the season following ankle ligament damage suffered in training at Wycombe Wanderers.
Cowan-Hall, who only joined the Chairboys on loan in January, played just five games before his latest setback, which requires surgery.
The 25-year-old joined Millwall from Wycombe in January 2015 but he has yet to start a league game for the Lions. He suffered a hairline fracture to his tibia on his Millwall debut against Reading before picking up another knock on his comeback game against Bolton.
His boss at Wycombe, Gareth Ainsworth, told the club’s website at the weekend: “It’s a massive blow for us because Paris was recapturing his best form in a Wycombe shirt, but it’s also a terrible setback for a young man who was enjoying his football again.
“We have a small squad even when we’re at full strength so for us to lose a player of his calibre for the rest of the season is a real shame."
