ALFIE Pavey has said he was “more than happy” to extend his loan deal at Aldershot until March 2.
The Shots have won three games on the bounce in the National League since signing the 20-year-old striker at the beginning of January, with Pavey getting his first two senior professional goals.
Aldershot had won just one game in 13 before recruiting Pavey, but they will now have him for at least four more fixtures.
“I’ve had a good start at Aldershot Town and I’m more than happy to extend my time here,” Pavey told the club’s official website. “I’ve scored two goals already, and I wasn’t expecting that, so it’s gone well for me so far.
“Hopefully I can continue that form in the next month. All the lads are buzzing at the moment, and they’ve made me feel very welcome. Now I want to help us continue this winning run and move up the table.”
