MILLWALL recovered a two-goal deficit to force a 3-3 draw with south London rivals Crystal Palace in a pulsating U21 league clash on Monday afternoon.
Fred Onyedinma opened the scoring just before the break but goals from Jacob Berkeley-Agyepong, Jerome Binnom-Williams and Randell Williams put the Eagles in control.
That looked like the end of Justin Skinner's side's nine-game unbeaten run, but they rallied superbly and Onyedinma made it 3-2 in the 76th minute.
And the 19-year-old winger was the provider just four minutes from time when his cross was turned in by Kris Twardek.
The result was all the more impressive given Palace included the likes of Marouane Chamakh, Martin Kelly and Dwight Gayle in their side.
The young Lions closed the gap to Charlton in first place in the league to six points with a game in hand.
