MILLWALL have confirmed that Tony Craig is to have surgery on the injury he suffered in last weekend’s 0-0 draw with Bradford.
The Lions captain will undergo the procedure next week after he sustained lateral ligament and hamstring tendon damage making a tackle on James Hanson.
Millwall club physio Bobby Bacic told the club’s official website: "TC will have surgery late next week.
"We are using the same surgeon who operated on Carlos Edwards most recently.
"We will update everyone after TC's surgery is complete on the projected timelines as his surgery will give us the complete picture, along with the scans that have already been done."
