MILLWALL have signed Wolves striker Andy Keogh for an undisclosed fee.
NewsAtDen reported on Tuesday morning that the Lions had agreed a fee for the 25-year-old, who has now signed a two-and-a-half-year contract at The Den.
The Lions all-but secured Keogh's signature on Monday night after holding lengthy talks with the player. It is understood boss Kenny Jackett first made an approach for the former Leeds United frontman 'a couple of weeks ago'.
Speaking to the club's official website, Keogh said: "Millwall are an ambitious club with passionate fans and I’m delighted to be joining them. I’m sure I’ll settle in quickly and hopefully can play my part in helping the team become successful.
"I’m now looking forward to moving down with my family, getting settled and start concentrating on my football again."
Keogh spent the first half of the current season on loan at Elland Road, where he began his career, scoring twice in 22 appearances.
The Yorkshire club were keen to retain the striker until the end of the campaign – but only on loan, after it emerged they could not afford the asking price for the Republic of Ireland international.
