CHIEF executive Andy Ambler has confirmed that Millwall are interested in signing Arsenal striker Benik Afobe on loan.
NewsAtDen revealed last week that the Lions had registered their interest in the England U19 international, who has had spells at Huddersfield and Reading in the past.
Afobe has since admitted that he would "relish" a loan move to the Championship if Gunners boss Arsene Wenger decided it were in his best interests.
"Afobe is one of many young players of that type we are looking to bring in," Ambler told the Southwark News.
"Nothing is imminent but we've got scouts watching lots of players and we're considering who might be available."
