Wouldn't be surprised if Watford recall FAB from loan for their important playoff run in. Hes miles away from every other millwall player on the pitch in terms of quality and one of the only ones who earnt the right to wear the shirt yesterday
@Jim28: sorry jim I wasn't clear mate, yes there were more than shown but I meant low lights cos we lost. Yes I was there mate, and had a lovely long trip back to Luton after. Another 100 quid down, feel like I've been mugged by d*** terpin
@sadlier89: He may have a further year under his belt as a coach but Harris didn't set the world on fire last time did he? I think his first result was a 4-1 defeat to Southend wasn't it? And things didn't get much better after that either
@junkmale: I agree completely but I was coming from the angle that if we are going down I think the fans will get behind the team better with ollie gone and we can't afford a viable replacement with immediate effect
@Geoff the lion: geoff , it went from 2 likes and 6 dislikes, to 25 likes and 6 dislikes in two minutes ! I might give the electoral commision a ring !
@thecolumbusblock: It's been that way on here for a while. Maybe we have lots of mischievous rival fans on here or Ambler spends all day disliking anything that makes the club look bad - either way a vote of 45 likes for 'Ollie stays' doesn't have much credibility.
@Millwall1979: i know mate, jimmy is one of the few players who can come out of this season with any credit. im not a huge dunne fan but whenever i have given criticism, i have got negativity for it
@Millwall1979: we lost 2 after we went 3 at the back with dunne as a rcb. Abdou gave the ball away a couple times but still deserved the shirt over the most of em
@Millwall1979: He's not that kind of character to walk away. His ego will make him believe he can sort it out and keep us up. He will have to be persuaded to depart, as he was at Palace
@Barnlion: very true barn, but if I were JB I'd spin it differently. I'd stick him out on garden leave then let Harris and co have a crack. Ollie will then have a choice, walk with no pay out and salvage whatever reputation he has, or stay till then end of his contract and prey Harris doesn't turn it around! If he chooses to stay and it's made public he's on garden leave giving him no influence over the team, and Harris turns it around, his career in football management is over. No one will ever touch him again. Ollie will know this and I don't think he'd take the chance
@NICKOLA: Or they are of a mind we are doomed anyway and don't want to throw good money after bad, to pay him off after the money his as wasted on bring S*** into the club, LOOK AT THE NEW YORK CENTER FORWARD HE BROUGHT IN the HOFF" so good he bought him twice"
Surely J.B. realises that with IH at the helm we are another Titanic waiting for the inevitable sinking to league one. American management normally expect results otherwise your out on your ars*. J.B.act now otherwise we may become history as well.
Well it would appear that the majority want the man to go but nothing is happening. We need make our collective voices heard. While we are all passionate about Millwall, the base line is that they are in the entertainment business and we are not being entertained at this time. We have a fan on the board who says nothing and clearly does not represent us. Let's make ourselves heard by protesting. If you can bring yourself to do it, do not go to the next game. They need paying customers but we must show that we will not pay for junk. If you cannot bear not to see the team then to mark the 14 months that IH has been in charge (as of 6th March) then on the 14th minute, turn your backs to the pitch and collectively chant 'Holloway out' for 1 minute. If you agree, share this on twitter, facebook etc and let us, the fans show that we have had enough.
@SE17 Lion: If you read what I have written from the start you will see that what you have suggested is there however there are many fans who will still go regardless and they should show their discontent as well.
Turn our backs?
Why not got further?
Drop our trousers, or lift up our dresses,
and assuming you wear underwear, drop them as well,
and paint our arses Blue and White.
I really don't understand the game of football anymore.
You look at a team like Brentford who are doing really well under Mark Warburton who's been told by his board he'll be out of a job at the end of the season.
You then have Ian Holloway who's clearly out of his depth but job seems completely secure.
WHAT I CANT UNDERSTAND IS OLLIE TELLS EVERYONE HE LOVES WORKING FOR US AND JB , IF HE DOES CARE HE WOULD MAN UP AND ADMIT OK I GOT MY PLAYERS IN JAN , AFTER BRADFORD GAME , GOT RID OF MCDONALD, CHAPLOW , SHITTI , BYWATER AND MANY MORE , AND REPLACED THEM WITH HIS SO CALLED TEAM , AND GUESS WHAT WE ARE NO BETTER , AND A SHED LOAD OF MONEY OUT OF POCKET , OLLIE MAYBE ITS TIME TO SAY I TRIED BUT HEY IT DIDNT WORK, AND LETS MOVE ON , LET GIBBS TAKE OVER WITH HARRIS , AND SEND SOME OF LONE RANGERS BACK HOME
I had money on our game with only one team to score, as I was thinking we'd finally win and the score would be 1-0, so at 3-0 down my misery was only slightly comforted by the fact I was picking up nearly a oner and then we score, I still cheered but mostly an ironic one as they even f***** me over twice on the night......oh and IH out and Gibbs in as caretaker.
this month was crucial, we had a great chance to pick up some valuable points against teams around us because next month we play some of the top 6 sides and it will be difficult getting anything from them. but this month has been awful and saturday we must get 3 points as a draw is no good with the schedule we have coming up.
we need to drag rotherham back in to the mix as blackpool and wigan are gone, if we dont i fear league one will await.
when gary alexander was introduced on the pitch last night i said give him a shirt, he cant do any worse.
There just seems to be no pride around the club at the moment, no one within the club seems to be bothered at the laughing stock we have become.
it' seems like the board and coco have decided to accept relegation so they can clear the decks and bring through the youth, this is a disgrace and a insult to us fans who go week in and week out, millwall fans are the salt of the earth yet we are being treated with contempt by the club we love.
previous posts said we need fan intervention and it seems we do as the board are copping a deaf un.
Don't get me wrong cos I like Jimmy but I don't think he's all that good how many goals has he scored this season but most of all how many assistance have come from him at RB he keeps cutting in and that's not what we need for a RB I think dune should b playing there end of he's not a CB to slow and short nelsons should b in the team he plays with blue blood
I don't think you can lay the blame on one player there was 4 or 5 that didn't play well last night forde abdou Williams woolford dunne & fuller was poor. They have a chance to put it right Saturday coyl
So whats happened to Sid? Captain one week and benched the next. Man management at its finest.
This fella has not got a clue - terrible man management and clearly tactically inept.
I have supported Ollie through out but enoughs enough. We needed 6 points from two home games against fellow strugglers. We got 1. The games are only getting harder from here on in.
I care enough to recognise serious danger when i see it. And i wont clap away as we fade into the abyss. Bradford showed us what awaits down there - more hammerings.
I feel that with 13 games to go it would be (forgive the pun) pointless-to change the management structure now. Berylson broke the bank to appoint the nutty one, and I guess it would cost us an arm and a leg to free him from his contract. A win at Rotherham is a must and that might be the springboard this bunch of dross need to see the season out. I really cant see any further than div 1 next season, and by the look of that division we are in for some hidings there as well.
Everyone agrees he has to go but he won't because of his contract. Put him on gardening leave he won't stay on it long because it will read useless not needed. On another thing STP report that we are going to offer Marquis a contract
Multimillion club, and I reckon IH might have been into something. But he never adjusted to what we are. He failed there.
We have next season to look forward to with strikers coming back from lower divisions who can help us out in the 3rd tier. At least.
Fail to get 3 points at Rotherham then I prefer we conceed, as I did last season at the same point, and I want the U21s getting experience in prep for the 3rd tier.
Anybody who still thinks Holloway has the nous to get us out of this just needs to watch those three goals. Atrocious defending from Dunne but the organisation is nothing short of shambolic. Holloway should hang his head in shame. And resign.
@lion.ie: Holloway, Dunne, Shittu, Hotye, Woolford, Hoff, Fuller and Forde can p*** off. Some have played, some are taking money with no chance of playing. Some are the real wage thieves because they know, deep down, they are never going to play in the Championship again.
We have players that can play in those positions. What's the point for example of signing goalkeepers who aren't given a chance?
It's all *ucking *hit.
Still, Holloway hangs on. There are going to be tears in the morning.
@NICKOLA: Holloway is just plain arrogant Nick. He can't admit that the biggest flaw at the club right now is him. As for the goalkeepers, we needed an old head in January and Holloway signs another lad. We needed a goalscorer and he signs Hof and GTF.
Pound for pound, surely the worst Manager in our history.
@NICKOLA: I put a very unpopular premonition on here when everybody was still drinking from the Holloway cup that Wolves and KJ will send us down on the last day of the season, the only problem now is I don't think we'll make it that far. Bad, sad times.
Mick Harford is sitting on a balcony in the South of France, smoking a cigar, sipping champagne, watching the crumpet go by, wondering why everyone is so unhappy. It all seems to be working out fine to him.
@Windsor Lion: That made me laugh. Good one. Was also thinking about Ambler. He's sitting at his desk, making decisions about what club he's off to today to learn about their scouting system. After that, he's going to continue with own persoanl long-term plan for Millwall. When he's finished writing that on the back of a postage stamp he's going to see if there is any more players taht are s**** taht he can sign without the manager's knowledge.
Well done Ambler. I salute you !
Forget all this negativity. Mark my words we will stay up, with or without IH. I guarantee it. Wall have been in this same situation 4 the last 3 seasons. so I reckon out of all of these teams in and around this dog fight come the end of the season I think we just might nick it once again. Watch this space. We will stay up.
@JordieLion: You may well be right Jordie but as long as Holloway's at the helm you can expect more of the same next season. I fear for us if we go down and he keeps the job as this downward spiral could see us in League Two very quickly.
Here we go, can everyone remember this please "Come rain or shine, all the time". This doesn't just mean weather, it means we'll support Millwall if they're in good form, bad form, top of the table or bottom of the table, it means we'll support this club no matter what, so everyone stop complaining and be positive, having a negative attitude will only make things worse, we can stay up this season, have a little faith. We fear no foe.
Wouldn't be surprised if Watford recall FAB from loan for their important playoff run in. Hes miles away from every other millwall player on the pitch in terms of quality and one of the only ones who earnt the right to wear the shirt yesterday
@sadlier89: what highlights Fcukin lowlights and as been for 3yrs we get rid of 1 s*** manager for another
@bobthelion: totally agree bob
@Geoff the lion: i dont know if you went but there was alot more then what there showing us..as for the 3 on target .there was a few more then that
@Jim28: sorry jim I wasn't clear mate, yes there were more than shown but I meant low lights cos we lost. Yes I was there mate, and had a lovely long trip back to Luton after. Another 100 quid down, feel like I've been mugged by d*** terpin
Andy Ambler is on Lions Live tonight I believe. Should be interesting!
14 shots, 3 on target. Need I say more.
@potty1: Were in a dark place at the minute someone turn the light on! MILLWALL !!!!!!!!
A vote may be interesting at this point, like- olly stays, dislike- olly goes
@thecolumbusblock: and give Neil Harris the job till the end of the year? I think we will get an injection of energy and fight from the youth
@thecolumbusblock: at the point of posting this, there were 32 likes for ollie staying! Is the a wind up or what
@Geoff the lion: geoff , it went from 2 likes and 6 dislikes, to 25 likes and 6 dislikes in two minutes !
@Geoff the lion: I pressed the wrong one and couldnt change it......why would anyone want a c u n t as our manager
@SE17 Lion: that was my line of thinking SE17!. I think Columbusblock is on to something with the vote rigging though
All three goals down our right side
Don't blame Jimmy by the way
@Millwall1979: it was not jimmy's fault that dunne's positioning was all wrong again but you cant criticise Dunne as he has his own fan club on here.
@golden lion: granted he has had a couple of good games but I'm no fan of his
@golden lion:
I wasn't criticising Jimmy as I said
And yes I get that dunne is golden b***** with some on here
@Millwall1979: i know mate, jimmy is one of the few players who can come out of this season with any credit. im not a huge dunne fan but whenever i have given criticism, i have got negativity for it
@golden lion: I dont criticise any player exept Dunne he is rubbish
@Millwall1979: we lost 2 after we went 3 at the back with dunne as a rcb. Abdou gave the ball away a couple times but still deserved the shirt over the most of em
Just a joke to be honest... very depressing!
Why is there still no article saying he has gone?
@southlondon1885:
Only article will be he is sacked no way in world this txxx will walk he probably still thinks he should be managing in he premiership
@Millwall1979: He's not that kind of character to walk away. His ego will make him believe he can sort it out and keep us up. He will have to be persuaded to depart, as he was at Palace
@junkmale: You mean JB needs to pay his contract up!!!! that ani't going to happen either.
@Barnlion: very true barn, but if I were JB I'd spin it differently. I'd stick him out on garden leave then let Harris and co have a crack. No one will ever touch him again. Ollie will know this and I don't think he'd take the chance
@junkmale: its not about ego he s on 15 grand a week
The fact that the board have not acted today is proof positive that are as inept as Holloway.
J.B.act now otherwise we may become history as well.
yep he should have been sacked today without a doubt
Well it would appear that the majority want the man to go but nothing is happening. We need make our collective voices heard. @SE17 Lion: If you read what I have written from the start you will see that what you have suggested is there however there are many fans who will still go regardless and they should show their discontent as well.
@Chipplefuddywick: You sound like a cheerleader, such a girl!
@whiteliont:there lies the point, absolutely devoid of imagination. By the way, what makes you think I'm not a girl!
@Chipplefuddywick:
That will never be the Millwall way thankfully.
@Chipplefuddywick:
Turn our backs?
Why not got further?
Drop our trousers, or lift up our dresses,
and assuming you wear underwear, drop them as well,
and paint our arses Blue and White.
Then break out a Poznan ala Man City.
Traditional singing/chanting abuse at the manager if you want him out is the way I imagine most wall would put across their feelings.
Not a fan of the 'at this min everyone should....' Then at 'all leave the stand to show were not happy' approach.
Millwall need to play a stronger squad with Sid and Beevers in it
I really don't understand the game of football anymore.
You look at a team like Brentford who are doing really well under Mark Warburton who's been told by his board he'll be out of a job at the end of the season.
You then have Ian Holloway who's clearly out of his depth but job seems completely secure.
Football management is bread and butter to Warburton.
@MFC Lion: That's coz he uses his loaf.
I was at the game last night and I saw no highlight from millwall at all
So easy
Right.. Our team has been a losing low championship for ages.
Get rid of dunne. Get rid of jimmy. Drop Forde.
What I'd do for Kenny back.

Don't worry mate, Dunne says we're close to being a good team.
@MFC Lion: I think he was mis quoted, what he actually said is "we are close to a good team" Chelsea 10 miles away, Dulwich Hamlet 6 miles away,
Everyone agrees he has to go but he won't because of his contract. Put him on gardening leave he won't stay on it long because it will read useless not needed. On another thing STP report that we are going to offer Marquis a contract
Anyone notice Brentford gate pretty much the same as ours, funny they can splash out on players
