MAGAYE Gueye is set to make his first start in over a month at Brighton tonight.

The 24-year-old has impressed as a substitute in Millwall's last two games and Ian Holloway could now reward him with a place in the side to face the Seagulls.

Holloway has also hinted that Danny Shittu and Jimmy Abdou could come back into the XI, while Angel Martinez is in contention to make his first Lions appearance.

Lee Martin has been ruled out with a toe problem after having two injections at the start of the week.

Nicky Bailey is back in training but remains several weeks away from a return, while Carlos Edwards (knee) is unlikely to play agains this season.

Brighton are without Gordon Greer and Sam Baldock but attacker Adriano Colunga is available again after suspension.

Dale Stephens and Andrew Crofts are long-term absentees.

Definitely need Abdou in our team for a bit of fight in the middle with Upson and Williams alongside him.

    My XI would be
    Forde
    Wilkinson | Beevers | Webster | Malone
    Williams | Abdou | Upson
    Gueye | McDonald
    Gregory/Fuller

@block 28: I was obviously joking, lots of dislikers on today.
Maybe Holloway has given the squad a day out to the internet cafe

@block 28: Would like to see 3-1 Block but I do not think we have 3 goals in us, I think IH will go with Forde, Wilkinson, Dunne, Shittu & Briggs, Abdou & Williams, the diamond of Macdonald, Woolford & Gueye wide and starting with Fuller up front for an hour then Gregory coming on, 1-0 or 2-1 to us

@Weller: 2-1 is the most common result in football apparently

If we get mullered tonight, I can see the mental one getting his marching orders. Am not bovvered about scouse hypia, their sh#t is their problem. Any player that pulls on the Wall shirt, must now show his bottle or its div 1 next year. At least we'll get a chance to clear out all the over-paid dross thats' letting our club down at present. Had a gutful and need 3 points tonight more than a visit from the geyser in red who, year after year tries to empty his sack down my chimney. I should tell him I've got a flat roof. Merry Xmas and a climb up the league. PLEASE!
