Just goes to show stats do not mean an awful lot unless you convert your chances cause almost every week the stats show we are better or on par with the opposition but fail to win. Is it due to the lack of a goal scorer, poor tactics a changing side, its somthing IH needs to sort out pronto or we are in trouble. I would like to see a proper number two alongside IH, not Bircham who might be ok in a few years but not now.

Yes, we did Jim28, anyway, we will be there to support the Lions of Millwall! Will have a few 'Jars' to swallow as and when to keep the Voice Lubricated . ( NOLU, WDC ).

Ollie has to stop mucking about with players positions I agree on squad rotation it keeps everybody on their toes. But to play Martin in the middle instead of Gueye & chaplow instead of abdou was stupid & the reason shittu & beevers didn't play against Watford was coz they had fast strikers. So why play em against cray & co. Idiot

There is only one stat that counts, who scores the most goals. Something we're finding difficult to do at the moment.

When IH first took over at millwall,we played Ipswich at home and beat them 1-0 with a some what lucky goal, but we deserved to win because we ran them ragged we chased every ball and did not give them time to settle,as IH had not had time to instill his style of football into the team,we won by showing the passion and endeavor to give our all,in the old millwall way.
Fast forward to this season, wolves, blackburn, brentford, with IH tactic's we we go behind and look dead and buried, but then we revert to playing with passion and IH tactic's go out the window and in each of those games we come back from the dead,so im sorry ollie you are getting thing's wrong and if we carry on like this we are going into div 1.
Please stop this constant changing of the team, and get your best eleven and play them all the time, only injury and suspension's should change the team, because im sorry to say you are getting thing's very wrong by keep chopping and changing the team.
I still support you as manager but you have to take a long hard look at what you are doing.
I just do not understand how upson and mcdonald were dropped against brentford, that was madness in my view.

trouble is with mcdonald in the team you cant play 442 he takes the place of a striker and i believe you need 2 wingers malone and martin with williams and upson in the middle unless we play 3 at the back and use malone and martin as wing backs then you could play mcd behind the 2 strkers
