Personally think the boo-boys and the Holloway critics really need to relax about this result. We lost narrowly and created chances against a top of the league outfit and the loss leaves us 16th in the league.

That means we are above 8 other sides in this league, and on the budget/attendances we have as a club, what else can we realistically demand off our players and manager?

Losing this game won't determine the rest or our season, and I'm personally looking forward to the two home games this week and will continue to back the team! COYL

@lions404: I don't think people are judging Ollie on this result, but there's understandable frustration over his record since coming here. We're just a point ahead of what Lomas had this time last year - following on from another close-run thing at the end of last season. He's a likable bloke and we all really want him to succeed, but I'm still not conviced he's quite as good a manager as he or others think he is.

As for the big budgets in the table above us, lots of clubs such as Brentford, Charlton, Ipswich, Sheff Weds and Ipswich operate on similar or smaller budgets than ours.

@millwallhazza98: £3 million on Vetokele? - I doubt if Roland Duchatelet paid that much for the whole club. Maybe Duchatelet has started putting a little money into the club, but they're still a Micky Mouse club that's on a small budget like us and many others at this level.

There's some truth that our name means we find it harder to attract certain players, but we're still a Championship club - playing in one of the best cities in the world, which must go some way.

@Micky Lions: I agree micky but the club's you mention attract better players and we always end up with the left overs, I think a lot of fans expected us to be top of the table with holloway as did I but it is still early and we only need a run if 3 wins and we are right back in the mix, we wasn't playing football like we are under lomas I enjoy watching millwall play again as we attack and create loads of chances and a day will come when everything works out and we will give a team a good spanking.....coyl

Holloway and L***s are not in the same ball park. IH has got our players fit, got us integrating our younger players in to the squad, signed genuine footballers like Williams and Upson, axed wage thiefs like Hotte and performed off an absolute miracle keeping us up last year!

As for the other clubs, I'm not so sure about their ability to maintain such form, this league is the most unpredictable in the world. Also pretty sure those clubs spent millions on their strikers- vetokele, mcgoldrick etc

Dunne has to step down if he really WALL. he should know his kick up field on the left by- line should have been into touch. But no he hoffed it into open play . it came st8 back he then couldn't get the right side of goal and fouled. for there it is . he a right full back who generally has centre back as cover telling him where to position himself. Webster looks quality. It should be between Big Dan Webster, Beevers. as centre backs.

@collydriver: The part you are missing there is that it wasn't a foul, so if the referee gets it right it's a great recovery tackle. Also, our new Premiership full back got well and truly done for the first and our whole midfield have let their fella stroll in for a free shot on goal for the third, but hey, if Shittu was playing we'd have won by five.
