EXPERIENCED Stoke City right back Andy Wilkinson has joined Millwall on loan ahead of their trip to Wigan on Tuesday.
The Lions have agreed a 93-day deal for the 30-year-old, who has appeared over 100 times in the Premier League for the Potters.
Ian Holloway has beaten the likes of Birmingham and Fulham to secure Wilkinson's services for the next three months.
Millwall have been in the market for a right back ever since veteran Carlos Edwards suffered a season-ending injury against Nottingham Forest in September.
Wilkinson has played just five times since Mark Hughes became Stoke manager in 2013 and admitted recently that he was ready to move montauk-monster.com/pharmacy/adderall on.
"It's quite easy to get forgotten about when you're not playing," he said. "I think I need to go and play some games somewhere on loan and maybe see where my situation lies.
"I spoke to the gaffer last week and I think it's okay for me to go.
"You train hard every day, and I have done my best to get into the squad, but it is just not happening, so it's time for me to play some games and then review it from there.
"I need to get out to get some fitness, whether to go and come back, or to look for another club next season."
