THE first pictures of Millwall's kits for the 2012-13 season have surfaced online.

Designs by manufacturer Macron appeared briefly on a suppliers' website, but were taken down shortly afterwards.

However, Millwall have since confirmed the authenticity of the images, which went viral on fan messageboards and social networks.

Not impressed by these one bit. Need to ditch Macron along with the silly Racing Plus sponsor. Millwall it's about time you realised that all our kits & merchandise sold is rubbish & maybe you'd sell abit more.

They're just like the Leeds and West Ham training wear from last season!!! Very disappointing.

What a load of old tosh! Dreadful design on all three. Would prefer something along the lines of what we had last season - a much better kit. I can't believe we are gonna go with this s***!

poor in my opinion ,invest some time in the design and get a decent kit brand and people will actually start buying millwall shirts, even last seasons shirt in my opinion was pretty average

Ohh dear ! all I can think is someone thought they looked like the old Fairview shirts ........... take off the white bit and i,ll have them ......under protest. When we went to the Peterborough game last season they where offereing their fans the choice of 3 shirt designs from Nike in the program......... why don't we get a say ?

The problem isn't with Macron they design some very smart kits, look at aston villa's, lazio and although in pains me to say it westham (their new away kit could easily have been our home kit without the claret). The problem is with whoever picks the designs that macron put forward to us, they would have sent at least 5 different templates to go with and someone at the club decided that the leeds/westham training tops are what we should have as our shirts. Enough with the navy blue (it was fine for the 125year shirt) but Millwall has always been Royal blue for anyone that is still alive. Whats with the Silver/Grey away kit?

I thought at the last news at den open forum they said they where defo staying navy blue. If the idea of a shirt is to sell 15,000 a year then it makes sense to make one that most fans would like or am I missing the point. Blue shirt with a massive snarling lion for example....... with a "we fear no vermin " on the back.................. If they play well and win they can go out in blue frilly knickers.
