MILLWALL top scorer Darius Henderson is a target for Championship rivals Brighton this summer.
NewsAtDen has been told that Henderson's representatives have already met with Seagulls officials to discuss the possibility of a switch to the south coast.
But talks are at a very early stage as any prospective move would hinge on the outcome of Henderson's ongoing court case, which could still take months to resolve.
The 30-year-old, who has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm without intent, is due at St Albans Magistrates next Monday for a plea and case management hearing.
Henderson's off-field problems have put a strain on his relationship with the Lions and boss Kenny Jackett is understood to be prepared to sanction his departure if the price is right.
Cardiff City, Sheffield Wednesday and Wolves have also shown an interest since the end of last season, in which Henderson scored 19 goals in 34 appearances.
