As it happened: Middlesbrough 1-2 Millwall

FOLLOW live team news and match action as Millwall face Middlesbrough.

The Lions will climb out of the bottom three with a win at the Riverside Stadium but face a Boro side who have won four in a row.

Blackpool and Doncaster both lost on Good Friday, while Charlton and Yeovil only managed draws, to give Ian Holloway's side added incentive ahead of today's game.

      @NICKOLA:
      A draw would be ok Nickola but I think if Bailey and Dunne start we may well win.
      I reckon Leeds will beat Barnsley who were very lucky against a crap Charlton.
      Whatever happens today I just hope the majority dont go all doom and gloom because we would still have a great chance to stay up.

    I'd have: Forde,
    Edwards, Robinson, Lowry, Malone (save Dunne for Monday)
    Williams, Abdou (save Bailey)
    Martin, Woolford, Jackson - f*** off Garvan
    Maierhofer (save Morison)
    Still a half-decent side capable of getting a point

    I reckon we might scrape a draw, and then on to Monday for 3pts. Doncaster last night were s****, as were Blackpool, so we have a great chance if we keep our heads and confidence high. Also, just seen QPR at Leicester, and they were pony too, so 10 from 12 last four games.....COYL

    Fantastic response from Ollie and the lads since then and we go level with Donny as it stands.

    When Ollie signed the Hof I like many other supporters thought that he had gone completely mad. I have to eat humble pie and say what a signing he has been. I hope he is offered a permanent contract next season as he will be a real handful when completely fit and Morison, Jackson and McDonald can all f*** off.

        @FCTO: As I said in my previous post I am pleased to eat humble pie. The main reason I had reservations at the time was that he had been without a club for months and I couldn't see how he could possibly be of any use to us. I don't understand even now why another club didn't make a move for him.

          @denslions:

          I think he's a little bit fussy about his clubs, he wouldn't sign just because he doesn't have a contract. And of course he had some quite remunerative contracts in the past, another reason why some clubs just didn't get him in summer.

          On the other hand he surely prefers Millwall to an "average" Austrian Club (not Salzburg, Rapid, Austria) with 3000 fans at home games. I think Millwall was the right challenge for him: Great fans and a difficult situation. That's something he loves IMO.
