As it happened: Nottingham Forest 1-2 Millwall

FOLLOW live team news and match action as Millwall face Nottingham Forest.

Charlton's midweek win at Leeds has left the Lions five points adrift of Championship safety with seven games of the season to go.

And goalkeeper David Forde admits it's do or die time for Ian Holloway's side as they travel to the City Ground.

Forest haven't won in 10, then again Birmingham hadn't won in 5, Leeds hadn't won in 6, Blackpool hadn't won in 150 and Watford had gone 5 home games without scoring. Good old Millwall eh.

Well Ollie has already tried, and failed, with 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 3-5-2 and 4-2-4. I wonder which new formation he'll try today. Can't be too hard to guess as there's not many left to choose from.

Gutted can't make the trip today but let's hope we are as vocal as normal. If we don't get the three points today it's time to admit defeat and start playing those that are in his team for next season so that we don't have to wait for the players to gel like this season they can have these games and all the preseason to be fully ready for a push straight back up .
    No excuses we've heard enough!

I usually love games at Forest or Notts County - great city and we have an amazing record at both grounds. But I just couldn't bring myself to watch another soul-destroying day-out. Hopefully I'll be proved wrong.

He really has lost it. Dunne at CB and captain yet Beevers/Williams are on the bench = crazy. Dunne playing at all is inexcusable. Williams our best passer but the fat wage thief (Bailey) is preferred. Martin back from the wilderness and 7, must be a record even for us, changes overall. How are we expected to have hope with that line up?

Not sure what's going on with that team selection, a few strange ones in there for me. Bailey cannot be match fit I can't understand why Williams is not starting, even if it was in a CB position.

He said the Austrian is not fit to start ?
He was praising Jimmy recently, then benches him ?

Strange selection.. expect a 4-5-1 will turn into the usual 1-4-5 after 60mins ?
Somehow need to get 3 points and hope elsewhere goes right for us but not even George Graham could get us out of this mess !!

hmm, at first glance this does look like a strange line up...
Happy to have Bailey back, but isn't it a bit too soon?
Didn't know Edwards could play in RB....
Does seem a bit strange not to start Morro or Jackson with the HOFF.... But suppose Woolford's there to pick up any flick ons.... he's still our top scorer I suppose...
Looks like he's trying to boss the midfield in this game and go more defensive in experience...
Attacking wise, Malone, Garvan and Martin switching between going down the wings or cutting in...? - Come on lads, put a decent cross on the HOFFs head.... you never know, maybe we'll finally make one of those set pieces work for us today...?
    COYL!!!!!
