Millwall hit by fresh FA charge following incident at Burnley

MILLWALL have been hit by another Football Association misconduct charge.

The Lions were cited for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour during the defeat at Burnley last week.

It follows a similar charge for a mass brawl with Sheffield Wednesday players in January.

This incident occurred in the 43rd minute of the match at Turf Moor when ref Keith Stroud adjudged that Jimmy Abdou had fouled Danny Ings, and awarded a penalty.

Stroud reported Millwall to the FA for their vociferous protests following the controversial decision, and the Lions have admitted the charge.

Club officials also pleaded guilty following the melee in the 1-1 draw with the Owls at The Den, but have appealed against their punishment, understood to be a £10,000 fine.

This just shows what we are up against, how many other clubs have been charged over a penalty, hitler type refs every week, pathetic.

Wasn't at the game, never even heard anything about this incident until i read it on news at den, so I'm guessing it was something that happens when a team concedes a penalty, the players are not happy, but when it's Millwalll were charged by these f****** old pre historic c**** with nothing better to do!!!

I hate to shout conspiracy but is this a joke, they have got the knifes out for us, why are all these refs so quick to give soft penalties against us how many have WE been awarded this season?? They refused to look at the appeal for lowrys sending off and then charged us with the mealy that followed! Stroud and probert are some of the worst offenders and the FA now jumping in the bandwagon. Disgraceful!

What a joke! Absolutely disgraceful, something needs to be done about the fact refs loving to shaft us, diabolical linesman sent to the den who seem to spot every decision against us but never give any for us. The refs must be told by the FA to not let the den intimidate you so go right the other way and give them f*** all!! Lowrys sending off was a joke and the pen at Burnley by the sounds of it was b*******. What other team gets these sorts of decisions? Fined by the FA for contesting a penalty decision? Anything to f*** us! Have a look at the s*** refs and linesman that we seem to get every game, how many clear penalties have we had turned down?

    No one likes us!!! Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!

Been shafted by these c**** for years!! It's well known refs are told not to give millwall much because they would hate a millwall in their premier league!! It's well known! The fa are a bunch of c****! Look at west ham, something gets thrown on the pitch at their games and nothing said!!

Maybe if the club were to right to the fa about some of these s*** officials they might send a half decent ref down to us and so all eyes will be on him so no f*** ups!! Look at Suarez for Liverpool yesterday! Blatant penalty but why did the idiot have to roll around like that? Makes you not want to give it! I usually stick up for refs as we wouldn't have a game without them but it's so obvious that millwall get jack s*** decisions our way!!

Dies anyone remember the ref steve Benetton from orpington? He once said refs are told not to give millwall too much! That's all the proof I need! They are trying to grind millwall down because they don't want us to exist. It's a disgrace! The club needs to ask the fa for explanations instead of doing the nodding dog and taking it all of the time! Makes us look as if were in the wrong when a lot if the time were not!

Surely if that is the case then that is a form of match fixing, at the end of the day the Ref can control the outcome of most matches played, sound like the FA and the REFS are as corrupt as some of the players accused of match fixing.
Think this will continue until the use of technology is used and i can't see that happening for a long time because as we all know it will show how incompetent these W-----s are!!!!

@antzz64: they won't need refs in the future. Can use a system of cameras to track all the players and any fouls etc will be spotted and play stopped. Would be unbiased and nothing would be missed so no human error. Just need some clever f***** to make it.

@DELBOY64: yeah you know! Nothing will happen to them! I can't believe millwall haven't gone to the fa before as this has been going on for years now! Thing is I'm not bias at all, if millwall get a 1 nil win n we get played off the park I'll say we didn't deserve that so I'm not saying it as it's my own team but we get f***** over a lot! But we can all thank some of the mindless idiots that put our club to shame fir that most recently the fat c*** who broke the linesmans flag! Things like that don't do our club or support any favours!! He should if at least whacked the linesman with it!

Read today's daily mail page 62 , about a bloke called Alex Horne. That's right l have never heard of him either. Big wig at the FA , total t*****, sums them up really , good read. As far as l am concerned the FA have now set a precedence, all provocative behaviour at the refs must be reported, no matter who.

Surprise, surprise! JB & Ian Holloway have got it absolutely right. In the face of extreme prejudice (& let's not forget, the authorities' treatment of us over the past few years especially has been nothing short of scandalous) another bent official doing his bit to ensure the nail is hammered further into our coffin. No one else is gonna help us so we must rely on ourselves to tell the truth. Those who have sought to do us harm will reflect on their decisions soon enough and be found out to be the incompetent fraudsters they are.

Keith Stroud, Kevin Friend, Andy D'Urso, Darren Deadman and Lee Probert: Just some of the useless w***** refs that have conned us in the past few years. They all love being the center of attention but need to realise people aren't paying £30 a week to see some arrogant nonse dance around with his cards. How much do referees get fined for poor decisions? It's a joke and nothing seems to be changing. No one likes us and they're all c**** at the end of the day.

The FA must be going skint if they're now having to get money from protests at referees' decisions. If this applied to every club, and not just ours, they'd all be millionaires come the end of the season. Joke of a system.

@grassgrower: To be fair the people on here have a right to complain against the prejudice. It's affecting the club and ruining the games they've paid money to see. I agree that there's nothing we can do as the system will never change and that we should come together. The refs, barring the Leeds/Ipswich, have been a bloody joke, least of all the Sheff Weds game.

@harryfabian: I wasn't referring to the people on these pages Harry, I was talkin bout over officious refs who hav the ability to change the course of a game and thru that the course of a season potentially. Although I don't have the chance to see games live I watch the highlights and am constantly bemused by sum of the flimsy frees that are paid and cards that are issued, they tinkered with various rules in our game in aust and all it did was alienate the game from the supporters. Unless it's blatant fouling or full blown assaults on the pitch then "play on"!! My reference to the prejudice is about the same officials who if that's the case should see the bigger picture and realise that millwall is an integuaral part of football not only in the uk but across the world , good bad or ugly millwall deserve the chance to compete on a level playing field with everyone else and I'm not bein biased, as I said after watching sum of the recent decisions against the wall I was shaking my head to say the least.

From the 11th of March to the 26th of April, they play: Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Monday, Saturday, - Similar to what we had last season and we f***** up royally.

@harryfabian: them games are as follows Qpr at home, leicester away, the watford game at charlton is p-p?, huddersfield at home, then the lions at the den, then bournemouth at home (thats 1 of their games in hand) then burnley at home, forest away, derby away leeds away (2nd game in hand) reading at home, yeovil at home, brighton away then barnsley at home (thats the 3rd game in hand) but due to the watford game being postponed(?) they will still have to play them at some point. I dont think thats good reading for them almost all of them teams are in a proper dog fight for playoff places and the second automatic promotion place (all bar leicester). Wall have had the enough s*** on and off the pitch i think its gonna turn around ..... Big time ... On the pitch at least

@woodzymfc: I can't see them picking anything up on the road. Can see them beating Yeovil + Barnsley, possibly Watford. Could nick a point off the others. It looks tough for them & I wouldn't want that run-in but you never know. It's a bit depressing that we're doing this but we can't exactly rely on Millwall to deliver the goods.
