MILLWALL and Sheffield Wednesday have admitted an FA misconduct charge.
The clubs were accused of failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during last month's 1-1 draw at The Den.
Shane Lowry and Giles Coke were both shown red cards following a mass brawl in the 88th minute of the match.
The FA are set to announce on Monday what punishments are to be handed out, but fines are inevitable.
It is understood the incident was deemed particularly serious by the game's governing body given the number of players involved and the proximity of the melee to the crowd.
Manager Ian Holloway said last week: "I thought 95 percent of the players who got involved were trying to calm things down."
