Preview: Southend United vs. Millwall

©
©

PAUL Robinson, Scott Malone and Liam Trotter are in a race against time to be fit for Millwall's trip to Southend United in the FA Cup.

Robinson (shin, knee and thigh) and Trotter (knee) have missed the Lions' last two games against Doncaster Rovers and Leicester City.

Malone (bruised ribs) will also be assessed before the trip to Roots Hall, while Andy Keogh, who has been absent through illness, could be involved.

Liam Feeney (hamstring) is definitely out.

Caretaker bosses Neil Harris and Scott Fitzgerald are expected to give a number of fringe players a run out against the Shrimpers.

Southend's only injury absentee is Julian Bennett (knee).

I think we should give a go to Fred Onyedinma, he's on 17! Supposedly with a lot of potential! Give the lad a run out!

Let's win this but not at all cost. Don't risk anyone injury wise. Give the reserves/regular subs a run out.

Don't rush them back, allow them time to recover properly and give the squad players a game and chance to claim a spot. I really couldn't care less about the FA Cup this season.

We also don't want to pick up any more needless knocks as we cannot afford to loose anymore players.

Millwall need to win this game to help with the finances and if Southen win and draw Man Utd or Chelsea at home next round we will be choked. So COYL fry up the shrimps!

Pavey and Oyedinma SHOULD be in the squad. even if its just for the last 20-30 mins

How much worse can it get? To be fair we do not know why Easter was sent off or whether we have another pony ref. Those who wanted Neli Harris as manager are really wrong he has not got the experience. The team are a complete shambles. The buck stops with the board and the often absent Berylson. They are as incompetent as the team. If they fail to appoint an experienced and competent manager this time round then Berylsonn and Ambler have to go.

Players (using the term very lightly) going through the motions. The result of bringing in loan after loan and has been players on free transfers. All the crap that no one else wanted. We're soulless and devoid of any passion or determination. It doesn't bode well for the rest of the season, and if the worst comes to the worst and we go down, ship out these wage thieves, throw the lazy b******* on the scrap heap and get up and coming players in with some passion and hunger. Bring through our youth, find rough diamonds, and once and for all end all these loans.

Wayhhay a goal back. Sorry but Lomas was around too long and too much damage has been done. I hate being right. He should have gone after 7 games.

Looks like Bomber has lost the dressing room as well. Because if this is playing for the manager then they might as well pull the shutters down now.

I stated the other day never going to do any good with a load of loan players they have no commitment
And Andy Ambler thinks he is David Levy we need money for a good quality manager a new players otherwise we will be sold of or Berlyson will walk away and we will end up like Portsmouth it,s been on the cards for the last 15 years

Its a shame that Fred has to be put on in a game like this it is not in his interest and IU think the wrong thing to do. If we were (joke) 2-0 up then yes put him on. Doing this is no good for his confidence and he will be caught up in the bad attitude of those players who have let the club down. poor decision.

If anyone really cares about Millwall can I please suggest turning up to our next home game and telling the majority of our players and the whole of the board what we really think about what you are doing to our beloved Millwall. F em all. We will be here forever unlike you lot. You have taken the p*** out of us. Enough is enough. We will now show you all what we are truly about. MMMMMMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
