Preview: Bolton vs. Millwall

JIMMY Abdou will replace Shaun Derry in Millwall's midfield against Bolton.
Abdou, available again after serving a one-match ban, comes in for ex-QPR loanee Derry, who left the Lions this week to become the new Notts County manager.
New signing Justin Hoyte is in the travelling squad, as are Richard Chaplow and Lee Martin after groin and hip problems respectively.
Mark Beevers returned from a knee injury in a behind-closed-doors friendly victory over Gillingham in midweek, but it remains to be seen whether he will be risked.
Scott Malone (knee) will be out for around a month, so Shane Lowry will start at left back.
Bolton will be without midfielder Darren Pratley (back) but Andre Mortiz (illness) and Craig Davies (hamstring) are fit again.
Come on you lions time to turn these good performances into 3 points
@bazzer: Spot on.You have to turn good performances into 3 points.
Ahh wouldn't it be great if we got at least 7 points from our next three games. Come on MILLWALL!
Welcome back Jim , one of the 1st names on the team sheet as far as I'm concerned.
Doooouuuuuuuuu
His a little for you all who reckons that there is going to be very controversial decision made against MILLWALL today
I trust the lads will enjoy a win today, it's about time the corner, that seems to go on for ever, is finally turned today
I dont care how but a win is due
Trotters undone by Trotter.

What's up with McD ?
Easter !!!!!!!!!!!!! Against the run of play.COYL
Well done Jermaine put us back in the game!
1-1 Easter scored.
Bailey was down with a head injury when they scored and it might of been off side. Sh*t Ref
@MillwallGra: So what's new ?
@Sealion:
Absolutely nothing which is why we have to score more goals to compensate for sh"t refs every game.
Another sort goal Millwall are 2-1 down
Yet another f****** goal conceded just before half-time! What is it with us! Constantly giving ourselves an uphill struggle every second half! Moro on! We need a target man awsy from home!
Beckford score, quel surprise
Trust Beckford to score..COYL get to grips of this game.
Wheres mcdonald ?...there was no mention of him being a doubt whats going on ?
@millwallphil:
Dunney never travelled either. No idea why they never went to the game
3-1 t***** Hoyte.
same old s*** different day
@willownix: Absolutely, more f*****g goals leaked. We are still a poor side. Totally inconsistent, with the squad of players we have we should be doing a lot better. I do feel it is a management problem.
Relegation form.
A major sort-out needed.
FAST.
@NICKOLA: How about cutting out getting players injured in training.MUST WIN game next week NO EXCUSE.
There is something very wrong and I am loathe to blame otherwise good players, I question the tactics, and as much as I am willing to back SL, there is still a big problem up front,the constant chopping and changing of the forward line how can players settle? Very disappointed indeed, not watching Football tonight. Totally p****d off.
@Peckhamlad: The reason the forward line keeps chopping and changing is the bloody unnecessary injuries we keep picking up in training, ffs look after our key players and not kick lumps out of them.
-13 GD. Tells its own story.
How do we all feel about lomas so far? I dont want lomss ouy boo brigade answers but genuine feelings... are we any worse off without jackett? How long and how much does lomas need to create his team? I'd argue 3 good draws but one poor defeat in the last four? Onwardss and upwards COYL
@grant_bazza88: I believe, but of course cannot prove if Jackett had been given this squad of players he would be rubbing his hands with delight. Jackett did a good job for us, perhaps the question be asked wasnt he given the budget SL received. Look at the job he is doing at Wolves.
@potty1: Its a lot easier in Div 1 than the championship, they will still struggle if they get promoted.
@grant_bazza88: We were six points better off last season after 15 games with a squad full of 'deadwood' to quote his critics.
Three points from the last 18, six games without a win, 17 goals conceded. Apparently we were the better side today, means nothing. No doubt the usual suspects on here will blame the ref and find a new scapegoat on the pitch as Dunney didn't play. Morison was probably not trying for the 15 minutes he got and Trotter probably didn't win enough headers.
Barnsley now a massive game for Lomas.
@lion.ie: You cannot really compare last season with this season because with each new season you have another 3 teams on parachute payments which makes it that bit more difficult for the teams that have never had access to such unfair payments.
Lomas may have been handed more money than Kenny but it is peanuts when you look at what all the ex-prem sides have been given.
When Palace come back down at the end of the season they will be a stronger side in the following campaign.
@Sealion: Utter nonsense, Yeovil, Bournemouth, Ipswich, Huddersfield, Derby have all beat us without parachute payments. Half the teams in the top half have no parachute payment.
We are small fry and we over achieved with a limited squad under Jackett.
Now we are under achieving with a far less limited squad under Lomas.
