KEEPER David Forde admits being replaced as Millwall's first choice by Leeds United loanee Maik Taylor has been tough to take.

Forde had been a Lions mainstay since his move to The Den in June 2008, but due to injury and inconsistent form he slowly lost his grip on the number one spot over the course of this season.

But the Republic of Ireland international, who insists he has not given up home of playing for his country at EURO 2012 this summer, has vowed to come back stronger.

"It's been a frustrating lexapro buy online india time," Forde told the Evening Herald.

"I was delighted that the club stayed up but it was disappointing to miss the last few games.

"It's difficult for anyone when you see a player come in and take your position and it was no different for me when Maik came in, but these things happen in football and it's a question of how you bounce back.

"Looking back on the season as a whole I played a lot of games but the way it finished, I suppose it wasn't one of my better seasons."
