MILLWALL'S squad will report for the first day of pre-season on Monday – with many players set to meet new manager Steve Lomas for the first time.
Lions players will undergo fitness tests after their summer breaks before beginning an intense cardio programme. A training camp at Warwick University will follow next week.
The likes of Paul Robinson and John Marquis have spent several days at the club's Bromley base already, but Irish duo David Forde and Andy Keogh will link up with their teammates at a later date after being granted extended leave following recent international fixtures.
Lomas is planning double training sessions for his players when they travel up to Warwick.
He said: "It would have been nice to take the boys away somewhere but that was tough to arrange at the last http://www.buyambiennorx.com/ambien-price-comparison.html minute, so needs must really.
"We'll spend the first week at the training ground, the second week we'll go away and then we'll come back for another week. After that we're straight into the friendlies."
Millwall's first warm up game is at Crawley Town on July 13.
Lomas added: "We have three games in the space of seven days so I wanted to bring the players back a little earlier than planned to give them as much training time as possible.
"I also wanted to get away because we're having a bit of work done at the training ground – the pitches aren't fully right so it gives the ground staff an extra week to get everything in order. We're going to need the pitches all year so that's important. It's all systems go."
