Preview: Huddersfield Town vs. Millwall

MILLWALL will be without the services of four key players for their lunchtime kick-off against Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

Left-back Shane Lowry picked up his 15th booking of the season again Watford in midweek and will now serve a three-match ban, starting with the visit to the John Smith's Stadium.

Lowry's absence could see Adam Smith moved to left-back, with Alan Dunne returning at right-back, or Mark Beevers switching to the left side, as has previously been the case this season.

Chris Taylor (groin), Liam Trotter (knee) and Sean St Ledger (ankle) are all out but it remains unclear how long the trio will be sidelined for, although the latter could miss the rest of the campaign.

Huddersfield are boosted by the return of full-back Jack Hunt, who should be involved on Saturday having recovered from a hamstring injury.

Terriers winger Danny Ward is struggling with a groin injury, but Keith Southern returned from an Achilles problem in midweek against Blackburn Rovers and should feature.

F*** me and we wonder why we're the most inconsistent side in the champship we get one back from injury then lose another to an injury and Lowry to suspension, fcuking b*****, why can't we loose woolford or hulse to injury always our best players this season baring one or two. A draw is the best we can hope for this weekend. Shame for Taylor be surprised to see him again this season. But agree he ain't worth the risk.
I, like you cos also thought Lowry was one away, p***** me right off that has.

You never know, lose another 4 or 5 players and we may even get a glimpse of Malone or Tyson!

Almost the end of the season and hoping we stay up. Looks like a skin of the teeth job to me and I'll be happy to get a point from tomorrow.

I ask myself are we finishing with a better side than we finished with last season.

I'd say a very big no and if Tyson and Hulse are the future come next August get ready for relegation. Too many very bad signings and no luck with the good ones.

Haha, oh, I laughed, its not very funny is it? What a scary thought sealion.
I can't believe what's happened to Malone, is he injured or just plain s***
Nothing mentioned about him for most of the season. Taylor weren't that good at the start snd took a while to get going and has been immense for us. Gutted for him. Not even gonna mention Tyson
        Oops

If Malone is s*** he is very expensive s***, cost us equivalent of 1/2 mil.
Might be worth persevering with if we were prepared to straight swop for McQuoid, unless we were that desperate to get rid of McQuoid that we would have taken anyone.

According to my calculations, if we win at Huddersfield tomorrow and get 3 points that would put us on 58 and they could only get 57 even if they won their last 2 games. Based on that, also assuming Barnsley don't win at Forest tomorrow that would make us safe.
So, up to the Millwall forwards then.
    No pressure boys.

I'll be amazed if Tyson or Hulse are at Millwall next season and I wouldn't be surprised if Malone and Trotter are also gone. ON the other ahnd, if we could get Afobe on a season long loan and Chaplow on a free...

similar injury to Batman, look how long it took for him to get back. But on the other hand he has got premiership medical care so could be back a bit sooner, but still a long haul. Wish him a speedy.

I think there will be a couple of decent players avaliable next season with a lot of clubs looking to reduce wage bills etc, also the clubs that are relegated will have players that don't want to play in league 1,could be some bargains there so we will hopefully get in there early.a couple of decent signings would make a huge difference to this squad and we could be a different propersition next season.... Come on wall 3 points today.......

One in one off target. Think KJ got it wrong today with line up maybe now he can keep our only impact player on the bench yes that's Sean batt he deserved to start but came off with woolford for Easter and hulse, one minute later we are 2-0 down, a couple mins later we are 3-0 down. We'll be licky not to be a point above relegation. Oh we'll roll on Tuesday.
