Batt returns to Millwall from Crawley loan spell

MILLWALL forward Shaun Batt has returned to SE16 after Crawley Town opted not to extend his initial 36-day loan spell with the League Two club.

Batt will join up with his Lions teammates for training today and will offer Kenny Jackett another attacking option as the clubs heads into the final seven games of the season.

The 25-year-old made five appearances whilst on loan with the Red Devils, but fell down manager Steve Evans' pecking order following the arrival of strikers Leon Clarke and former Millwall favourite Gary Alexander.
