KENNY Jackett believes that signing midfielder Jimmy Abdou has been his best piece of transfer business as Millwall manager.
Abdou joined the Lions on a free transfer from Plymouth Argyle in the summer of 2008 and has since made 169 first-team appearances for the club.
And Jackett believes the Comoros international outshines the likes of Steve Morison, Liam Trotter and Darius Henderson as his best-every acquisition.
"He's been so consistent and is much loved down at The Den," he told Texaco Fan Central.
"I made the mistake of putting him as a substitute a few weeks ago but that only lasted until half time when I put him on. He's very popular and generally he's been my best signing."
