DANY N'Guessan has claimed he wasn't given a fair crack of the whip at Millwall this season in the wake of his loan move to Charlton.
The Frenchman has moved to The Valley for the remaining nine games of the League One campaign, having scored three goals in 19 appearances for the Lions.
But N'Guessan insists he was never given the opportunity to impress boss Kenny Jackett.
He told Charlton's official website: "You just want to play football. I just want to play football. I want to be happy.
"That's why I wanted to move [from Millwall]. I wanted just to play football. A lot of strikers came in and from my point of view, I think the manager didn't really give me the chance I was looking for.
"I just want to play football and enjoy myself again, and that's what I will try to do here."
