Millwall winger receives injury boost after seeing specialist

WINGER James Henry has revealed he could be back playing within four weeks after a specialist initially ruled he would miss the rest of the campaign.

The 23-year-old tweeted on Monday that he could yet return to action this season despite rupturing a ligament in his left knee during Millwall's 1-0 defeat to Leeds United.

However, physio Bobby Bacic has urged caution and says Henry will not be rushed back if he is not fully fit – although he admits there is now room for optimism.

He told the club's official site: "James was reviewed by the surgeon on Monday who was extremely pleased with his progress so far.

"James will remain in the brace for a further two weeks and if he continues with his good progress, we will then revise his return-to-training date.

"That would give James a very good chance of returning before the season finishes and having an active role in some of the remaining matches.

"However, it is too early to predict an exact date because if the knee plateaus or suffers a reaction, the date would have to be revised yet again."

Been playing great, our only dangerous looking forward but I think Shits should get it because without him some of the results would have been more like a cricket score, (IMO)
