MILLWALL striker Darius Henderson is to appear in court this month following his arrest over an alleged assault on New Year's Day.
The Lions' top-scorer was issued with a court summons two weeks ago, and police have now confirmed the 30-year-old's first hearing will be on Thursday, March 15 at St. Albans Magistrates.
Henderson was arrested by Hertforshire Police following an incident at a restaurant involving another diner.
A 41-year-old man suffered a broken jaw.
Henderson, who has scored 17 goals in 29 appearances for the Lions this season, has received the full backing of the club since his arrest.
