MILLWALL have been rocked by an injury crisis ahead of their vital league clash at Burnley.
Three first-team players – Liam Trotter, Jack Smith and Alan Dunne – all sustained injuries today in a nightmare training session for boss Kenny Jackett.
NewsAtDen understands that star midfielder Trotter has been ruled out for action for two weeks with a minor muscle tear, and is likely to miss the Lions' next three league games.
Utility man Smith, meanwhile, was knocked unconscious and suffered a nasty facial injury following an aerial challenge with defender Dunne.
It is currently unclear how long the 28-year-old will be sidelined for, although he is certain to miss Saturday's match against the Clarets. It has been suggested Smith has either fractured his cheekbone or broken his jaw.
Dunne required stitches following the collision, and earlier posted a picture of a head wound to Twitter. The right-back is a doubt for Saturday's trip to Turf Moor.
